1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and chichiniya ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). By accessing or using chichiniya.com and any associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Platform. Anyone under 18 is prohibited from using the Platform.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

The Platform is primarily intended for users in Ethiopia, including Addis Ababa, and may also be accessed from other locations where lawful. You are responsible for complying with applicable local laws.

3. Account Access

The current version of chichiniya.com is a static website and does not yet provide secure server-side account registration or authentication. Any sign-in or gallery-unlock interface currently shown on the site is a demonstration interface only unless and until secure authentication is implemented.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

CHICHINIYA displays three membership tiers: HOT Normal Plan, Instagram Model Plan, and HOT Private Plan. The features and current prices for each plan are shown on the Membership section of the Platform.

4.2 Payment Process

To purchase a plan, select the plan and follow the Telebirr payment instructions displayed on the Platform. Payment confirmation may require manual review. The current static website does not itself provide automated AI receipt verification or automatic account activation.

4.3 Subscription Period and Renewal

Unless otherwise stated, subscription access is intended to be valid for 30 days from approval and does not automatically renew.

4.4 Pricing

Subscription prices are listed in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) and may change for future subscription periods.

4.5 Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable once payment has been approved and access has been provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

4.6 Fraudulent Payments

Submitting a falsified, altered, or fraudulent payment receipt is prohibited and may result in refusal of service.

5. Use of the Platform

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Platform if you are under 18.
• Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas, accounts, or systems.
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to copy or collect Platform content without permission.
• Attempting to bypass subscription restrictions or access controls.
• Sharing login credentials with third parties where secure accounts are later implemented.
• Uploading malware, harmful code, or unlawful content.
• Using the Platform in violation of applicable local, national, or international law.

6. Companion Profiles and Listings

6.1 Nature of the Platform

CHICHINIYA operates as a directory and presentation platform. Companions or models shown on the Platform are not employees of CHICHINIYA unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6.2 Profile Accuracy

We may review profile information before publication, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, pricing, or other details provided in any listing.

6.3 Tier Access

Profiles may be organized into Normal, Instagram, and Private tiers. Access depends on the membership plan displayed by the Platform.

6.4 Booking Requests

Submitting an inquiry or booking request does not guarantee confirmation. Independent companions may accept or decline requests at their discretion.

6.5 User Responsibility

Any arrangement or meeting between users and independent companions is undertaken at the user's own risk. Users are responsible for their personal safety, boundaries, and compliance with applicable law.

7. Reviews and User Content

If reviews, messaging, or other user-content features are added in the future, users must provide lawful, non-defamatory, non-harassing content and may not submit fraudulent or misleading material.

8. Intellectual Property

Website design, logos, text, graphics, code, and other non-user-generated content on the Platform are owned by or licensed to CHICHINIYA and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or exploited without permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how information is handled by the current static site and any connected third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

10.1 No Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10.2 Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, or business reasons.

10.3 Third-Party Services

The Platform may link to or rely on third-party services such as payment, email, hosting, or form providers. CHICHINIYA is not responsible for third-party services or their policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CHICHINIYA AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF THE PLATFORM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CHICHINIYA and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or dispute with another user or companion.

13. Suspension and Termination

CHICHINIYA may restrict or discontinue access to Platform features where necessary to address fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, safety concerns, or violations of these Terms. Where secure account features are later introduced, additional suspension and deletion procedures may apply.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, subject to any mandatory laws that apply to you.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may pursue remedies before a competent court in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, subject to applicable law.
